Return policy
Sample exchange policy:
Customers who purchase goods at Luxuryvip.vn will be exchanged products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The exchanged product must be in new condition, in original condition, unused, laundered, undamaged.
Customers who come for bartering must carry an invoice with the product to be changed on it.
Items torn, damaged, stained or deformed are not accepted and will be returned to customers. Goods that have been exchanged once may not be exchanged except in the case of technical errors.
The policy applies to customers who buy in stores and online (for online buyers, ship fees are paid by customers).
